This 15KW Laser Cutting Air Compressor is an integrated compressed-air solution developed for stable laser cutting operations. The package combines the screw compressor, refrigerated air dryer, air receiver, oil-water separation and filtration components in one compact structure, reducing installation work and simplifying site layout. A 16 bar high-pressure configuration supports consistent air delivery,The treated air supply helps protect downstream cutting equipment and supports clean, reliable operation. It is suitable for workshops cutting stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet and carbon steel, especially thin sheet applications where compressed air can replace conventional cutting gas under appropriate process conditions. The service-friendly layout provides convenient access for routine inspection and helps reduce maintenance time and operating cost.
The greatest advantage of compressed-air cutting is its low operating cost. When cutting stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized sheet, it can deliver results comparable to nitrogen cutting. For steel sheet up to 3 mm thick, it can completely replace oxygen cutting and increase cutting speed by more than 10%.
